Homelessness prevention program
The SSVF aims to help veterans who are currently homeless or about to be homeless obtain and maintain affordable housing. We are a Housing First crisis response program who assist Veterans and their families with obtaining permanent housing or assist them with maintaining their current housing.Housing case management services that include but are not limited to, temporary financial assistance for rent, utility deposits, moving costs, etc. as well as employment education and job search. Other case management will include housing counseling, money management and support. Assistance in obtaining and coordinating other public benefits available in the community are also available with case management services.
The Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program provides a continuum of specialized housing services, case management, linkage to Veteran benefits, temporary financial assistamce, and other supportive services to address housing stabilization for very low income Veterans and their families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

The REVEAL Program provides financial assistance to prevent eviction and to provide housing stability. There is an extensive intake process, financial assistance is not immediate.
