Income guidelines (200% below the Federal Poverty Guideline); client cannot receive more than two services per calendar year.

Proof of income, proof of hardship (Documentation of rental arrears, utility bills, and proof of income through pay-stubs, tax returns, employer verification, proof of prior evictions, pay stubs, benefit award letters, etc.)
