Provides family support with rent/mortgage, electric, gas, water, prescriptions, financial classes, homeless services in the form of case management, basic needs (clothing and food), and housing options. Also serves as a coordinated entry hub for homeless services in Johnson County.
Eligibility
Income guidelines; can offer assistance once a year; rent assistance requires eviction notice or 3 day warning
Required documents
Photo ID, social security numbers for all family members, piece of current mail for address verification, proof of income and copies of bills.
