Homelessness Prevention Programs | reStart - Supportive Services for Veteran Families

The SSVF aims to help veterans who are currently homeless or about to be homeless obtain and maintain affordable housing. We are a Housing First crisis response program who assist Veterans and their families with obtaining permanent housing or assist them with maintaining their current housing. The program will provide intensive case management, housing counseling, links to VA benefits, and job preparation.

Eligibility

Individual/head of household or his or her spouse must be a US veteran who served in active military, naval or air service and discharged or released under conditions other than dishonorable. Individual/family must fall below 50% of AMI for their location; must be currently literally homeless or at imminent risk of being homeless.
