The SSVF aims to help veterans who are currently homeless or about to be homeless obtain and maintain affordable housing. We are a Housing First crisis response program who assist Veterans and their families with obtaining permanent housing or assist them with maintaining their current housing.Housing case management services that include but are not limited to, temporary financial assistance for rent, utility deposits, moving costs, etc. as well as employment education and job search. Other case management will include housing counseling, money management and support. Assistance in obtaining and coordinating other public benefits available in the community are also available with case management services.

Eligibility
Individual/head of household or his or her spouse must be a US veteran who served in active military, naval or air service and discharged or released under conditions other than dishonorable. Individual/family must fall below 50% of AMI for their location; must be currently literally homeless or at imminent risk of being homeless.
