Assists breast cancer patients with illness-related expenses including: housing expenses, utilities, prosthetic devices, therapeutic treatments, transportation expenses, vehicle insurance, healthy and nutritious foods and holiday gifts.

The Combat injured program helps service members who experience lost wages due to extensive treatment for PTSD or TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury). The Jobs Assistance program helps with hardships relating to getting a job like gas money to get to interviews and tools needed for employment.

The foundation has assisted with travel to and from The Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, provided for rehabilitation needs as well as provided for the unseen emotional needs such as PTSD, traumatic brain injuries and depression.

Any assistance to help with flood relief

Emergency assistance funds can include up to $300/year to families for assistance such as mortgage, rent, utility payments, childcare, care expenses or expenses like meals away from home and parking.

FEEA is offering micro-grants of $150 to support federal employees impacted by the shutdown, covering essentials like groceries, gas, diapers, and other basic necessities.

UBCF offers a Holistic Grant to assist with services including: diet and nutritional counseling and supplements, counseling, mind-body therapies, energy healing, reflexology, lymphatic massage and acupuncture.

The Love Fund works directly with youth services professionals and allocates funding for goods and services essential to a child's safety and well-being. This can include beds, bedding, clothing, coats, shoes, medical equipment (cranial molding helmets, humidifiers/dehumidifiers, orthodontic assistance, etc.), educational needs (school supplies, school uniforms), eye exams, glasses, therapeutic equipment (positioning supports, rehabilitative equipment, sensory blankets/vests), wheelchair ramps, van lifts, or assistive technology.

The VFW's Financial Assistance for Service Members program assists active duty service members and their families with a one-time grant of up to $2,500 to be used for daily necessities such as rent, mortgage, utilities, vehicle repair, etc.

With the Service member gaining VALID membership the individual post will at times provide financial assistance. It is not consistent, and the Veteran must go into the American Legion Post and meet with the Commander.

Provides financial support to family members of first responders killed in the line of duty.

Operation Homefront accepts requests from military members and post 9/11 veterans within 10 years of discharge for other Critical Financial Assistance including auto repairs, home repairs, and other documented needs

Through this program, UBCF provides assistance for children of breast cancer patients, including: counseling, school clothing and supplies.

Miami County Cancer Foundation has funds to help pay for cancer patients' utility bill and can evaluate a need on a case-by-case basis to see if they can assist with something not explicitly listed already.

St. Vincent de Paul Society provides special one-time assistance on a case-by-case basis. Good examples include unexpected funeral expense and additional education expenses for children. Car repair and hotel expenses are NOT provided.

Provide resources for individuals when their insurance, family finances and all other resources have been exhausted. These resources may be for therapy equipment, specialized clothing, sensory tools, specialized camp scholarships, home remodel, special car seats, helmets, glasses, dental care, and the list can be very diverse.
