The Kansas City Metropolitan Crime Commission is a non-profit citizen's organization that is a parent organization for four main programs for the KC Metro area. The Metropolitan Community Service Program (MCSP) is a court-ordered community service referrals program. The Second Chance programs helps those who were in jail or prison reenter the KC area.
