• Independent Supported Living Arrangement: Supports individuals with developmental disabilities who are living on their own and generally need 10 hours or less of support a week in order to maintain independence. Supports may include locating and securing housing, health and safety, money management and budgeting, banking, personal care, home maintenance, nutrition and meal planning, social skills and developing natural supports.

• Shared Living: Through this program, individuals with developmental disabilities live with a chosen companion who provides an opportunity to build social skills, independence and companionship. Companions provide 24/7 guidance, ensure individual eats healthy meals and takes medication. Companions are carefully screened, trained and evaluated regularly.

LIVESTRONG at the YMCA: Wellness coaches trained in the elements of cancer, post rehab exercise and supportive cancer care, work with each participant to help build muscle mass and strength, increase flexibility and endurance, improve day-to-day life, reduce the severity of therapy side effects, prevent unwanted weight changes, improve energy levels and self esteem.

Primary care for every family member, services include treatment for colds, flus, infections, high blood pressure, diabetes, wellness visits (immunizations, shots, cancer testing), work, school and sports physicals, DOT and other physicals, women's health (Pap smears, breast exams, STD testing/treatment), pregnancy care and family planning services, minor procedures, weight management, management of diabetes and high blood pressure, child health (pediatrics and adolescent care), geriatric medicine, behavioral health and wellness issues, such as depression and anxiety.
