The Children's Division Child Abuse and Neglect Hotline Unit (CA/NHU) accepts confidential reports of suspected child abuse, neglect, or exploitation. Reports are received through a toll-free telephone line which is answered seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Any person may report, and anonymous reports are accepted from individuals who are not mandated by occupation to report. Calls of concern can be made to each county office. Instructions may be given for the reporter to call the toll free number of the CA/NHU for the call to be made into a formal report.

The Missouri Board of Probation and Parole, as an essential part of the criminal justice system, is to provide for the professional assessment and release of offenders and their supervision in the community, using appropriate treatment, sanctions, and controls, with the primary consideration being promotion of public safety.

Epidemiological surveillance, investigation, education, documentation, reporting, and follow-up of various communicable diseases, these include, but are not limited to Lyme Disease.

These include the evaluation of the child's needs prior to placement, and arrangements for care of the child prior to the child's adoptive placement and to the approval of the adoptive family. Also, special activities are provided to help adoptive parents and children adjust to the new family situation.

Parent Education and Training Program: Provides training to parents and caregivers for individuals of all ages with any disabilities. Program includes behavior training, utilizing various training workshops and therapy sessions in the natural home environment.

Weatherization for homeowners or renters is provided to insulate and repair homes to be more energy efficient.

Provides financial literacy programs promoting financial health, stability, self-sufficiency and economic well being.

Case/Care Management provides assessment of the clients needs and then initiates and monitors appropriate services as needed

House of Hope provides a Safe Exchange & Supervised Visitation program.

Donations of household furniture and goods are accepted.

Provides assistance in getting housekeeping and respite services for seniors through various agencies in the area; these services are provided to help keep the Seniors living independently for as long as possible.

Community Health Centers providing primary care, dental, behavioral health, and peer recovery support services

Responsible for the control and extinction of fires in the Caseyville Community.

Delivers preventive and primary care services to patients regardless of their ability to pay.

4-H is about young people making new friends and memories while preparing to be future leaders - from both rural and urban areas! The 4-H model has been incorporated into a variety of programs to help meet the needs of today's youth and to enrich our communities.
