This medical center is a safe haven for persons wishing to legally surrender physical custody of their infant. Person stating that they are the parent may leave an infant (without fear of prosecution) in the hands of staff. A parent will not be prosecuted for leaving their newborn at a safe haven if they follow the laws, assuming the child is under 45 days old and shows no signs of abuse or neglect.

Home Care and Hospice: Offers skilled healthcare to patient's at home, focusing on the health needs of the individual in a family setting. Activities are directed toward helping patients to attain and maintain their highest level of independent living, help the family provide support, and concentrating on the prevention of further disability, health teaching and on appropriate referral to allied health professionals as needed.
