Camp Giant Steps is a six-week summer program specifically designed for children with autism spectrum disorder. Children can participate in activities such as art, music, games, cooking, smart board, computers, etc. Older children also spend morning helping others in the community in a variety of settings, practicing life skills. Participants also take daily trips to visit area attractions. Camp Giant Steps provides one counselor for each camper to ensure safety and enhance learning. Children do not have to participant in all six-week sessions, but can choose the sessions that work best for their schedules and needs.
