Residential treatment programs for clients with MR/DD.

The purpose of the MO HealthNet program is to provide medical services to persons who meet certain eligibility requirements as determined by FSD. The goals of the MO HealthNet program are to promote good health, to prevent illness and premature death, to correct or limit disability, to treat illness, and to provide rehabilitation to persons with disabilities. Eligible persons receive a "MO HealthNet Identification Card" or a letter from the local FSD office. The Family Support Division (FSD) determines client eligibility for the MO HealthNet program: the MO HealthNet Division administers the MO HealthNet program including establishment of benefit coverage, rates, claims processing, and all other aspects of daily operations.

Offer stroke rehabilitation by providing rehabilitation professionals to participants. Prescription Drug Program: Working with Rx Outreach provides a 90 to 180 day renewable prescription is submitted through our 143 participating parish conferences, based on prescriptions written by physician, clinic or hospital. Vouchers are mailed and Rx is mailed to clients.

Home Rehabilitation Program: Provides home grants for home repairs, rehabilitation, appraisals, lead inspections and flood letters to homeowners.

This program helps detect breast & cervical cancers in their earliest stages when they are easiest to treat. Free mammograms & pap tests will be provided to women who meet income and age requirements. Other services for women are offered at this sight.

DHSS, in coordination with the Missouri National Guard and local health departments, are offering free COVID-19 tests in various communities around the state.

Offers a cooling site for individuals during declared heat emergencies.

Aftercare Program: Provides a family assessment to monitor and manage therapeutic and clinical treatment services to provide support.

School District 175 - Pre K: Offers half day pre-K classes which provides pre-academic skill development such as shape, color and number recognition, outdoor play, observation of nature and pets, dancing and rhythms, block building, playhouse activities, games, simple excursions outside the school, stories and picture books.
