Guided by organizational values of transformational change, empowerment, compassion, equity and trust, Eye Thrive serves thousands of students every year. Through initial vision screenings Eye Thrive identifies students with possible vision impairments. The Mobile Vision Clinic team is then deployed to provide comprehensive eye exams that determine if corrective eyewear is needed. Students are provided with the glasses they need, a positive health care experience and, through our Electronic Medical Records system, the confidence to know that someone is monitoring their eye health year after year.

The purpose of the MO HealthNet program is to provide medical services to persons who meet certain eligibility requirements as determined by FSD. The goals of the MO HealthNet program are to promote good health, to prevent illness and premature death, to correct or limit disability, to treat illness, and to provide rehabilitation to persons with disabilities. Eligible persons receive a "MO HealthNet Identification Card" or a letter from the local FSD office. The Family Support Division (FSD) determines client eligibility for the MO HealthNet program: the MO HealthNet Division administers the MO HealthNet program including establishment of benefit coverage, rates, claims processing, and all other aspects of daily operations.
