The CHS Employment Services Department is designed to provide assistance in taking the next step whether that be a teen preparing for goals after high school, a graduate looking for work, or an adult needing assistance in finding a great career.

Working closely with Missouri Vocational Rehabilitation, the Department of Mental Health and corporate partners such as CVS and Staples, Ability KC is a unique resource for individuals with disabilities searching for meaningful community employment opportunities. The employment services teams assist individuals with application preparation, interview skills, job training and job placement.

Our Ability Connect is an online job board resource that connects businesses and job seekers with disabilities.
