Our partners commit to recruitment, hiring management and marketing practices which ensure the inclusion of people with disabilities. One service is a partnership with Our Ability Connect, an online job board designed to connect businesses and candidates with disability who are looking for work. This is a great tool for any business looking for more ways to do outreach and it's a great tool for any candidate looking for employment. Businesses do have a fee, however it is free for candidates with disabilities. They are not a placement agency, rather we are a connecting agency working closely with business.
