The Dental Hygiene Program offers a low-cost dental hygiene clinic to the public. All dental hygiene services are provided, including oral exams, dental cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, athletic mouth guards, x-rays and bleach trays (must complete a cleaning first). Services provided by dental hygiene students under the close supervision of faculty.

JCCC Dental hygiene students provide preventative treatments to community members. Services include: blood pressure screening, oral examination, x-rays (only as needed), teeth scaled and polished, fluoride treatment, nutritional counseling, oral hygiene instruction and other services including sealants. Emergency treatment is not available.
Mobile dental program provides cleanings, exams, fillings, or X-rays. Serves individuals with diagnoses such as developmental disorders, borderline intellectual functioning, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, autism, spectrum disorders like Asperger's and also people with brain injuries. Can not work on broken or wisdom teeth.
Offers dental hygienists that provide dental care and services at a reduced rate for persons who are income eligible.
