FEEA offers eligible federal employees confidential, no interest loans to help recover in times of emergency or hardship. Loans may be used to pay rent or mortgage payments, home utilities, or funeral expenses, out-of-pocket uncovered medical or dental expenses, emergency travel expenses, temporary lodging due to natural disaster.

The EOC provides an understanding of the different types of financial aid, college-cost comparison, understanding financial aid award letters from colleges and student loan borrowing basics. Participants may also utilize the FDIC Money Smart program which provides information on bank services, borrowing basics, opening a checking account, budgeting, saving and credit scores.
