City Union Mission Family Shelter houses single women, women with children, men with children, complete families and married couples. Residents of the shelter are provided with 3 meals daily, 24 hour security and case management.

The Night Shelter offers men, women, and families in Leavenworth County, with no place to go or in need of temporary emergency shelter, a warm, safe place to sleep.

Short term emergency shelter for runaway, homeless and abused youth.
A temporary shelter for homeless families (regardless of make-up) with minor children. Services provided include shelter, food, case management, clothing, resource and referrals for housing, and various other supportive services to the families in shelter. Shelter stay can last up to 60 days.

Community Shelters
Twenty bed facility open to anyone who needs a place to stay for the night. Each guest receives a meal in the evening, a bed to sleep in, and food to take upon departure the next morning.
The Willa Gill Center serves as an overnight Cold Weather Shelter when temperature is 25 degrees Fahrenheit or below. Guests will be provided with a warm meal, a sleeping mat, a blanket, and a tent to sleep in. In the morning guests will also be provided with a grab-and-go breakfast as they leave the shelter by 7am.
Lion House is a LGBTQ+ specific emergency overnight shelter.
KCVA provides emergency and transitional housing programs to eligible veterans at contracted sites in Kansas City, MO and Kansas City, KS
Project 1020 provides a cold weather shelter during the winter for single adults. A meal is provided in the early evening and cots are available to sleep on. They do provide shower facilities for those staying.
A shelter for homeless men.
The mission provides overnight shelter, breakfast and dinner, medical care, counseling, clothing, transportation, adult basic education, Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, and referral services. Chapel attendance mandatory for shelter.
Emergency housing for homeless veterans. Residents also receive case management, support services and meals while in program.
JoCo IHN is a homeless shelter that serves families with children under the age of 18 and single females in Johnson County, Kansas. The faith community provides shelter and meals. Adults are provided case management, financial literacy education and resources for housing, and employment searches.
