Services include Community Shelters, Transitional Housing/Shelter, and Local Transit Passes. ALSO KNOWN AS Welcome Home A Community for Veterans

Eligibility

Eligible individuals must have served in the military, have anything other than a dishonorable discharge, be experiencing homelessness or are at imminent risk of homelessness, must be below 50% of the Area Median Income

Required documents

  • Photo ID
  • DD-214/VA Card (proof of Veteran status)
  • Proof of income and housing status also required for Shelter and Rapid Rehousing programs
