These include the evaluation of the child's needs prior to placement, and arrangements for care of the child prior to the child's adoptive placement and to the approval of the adoptive family. Also, special activities are provided to help adoptive parents and children adjust to the new family situation.

St. Vincent de Paul Society provides special one-time assistance on a case-by-case basis. Good examples include unexpected funeral expense and additional education expenses for children. Car repair and hotel expenses are NOT provided.

Personal care including hair and nails. Clients may access 2 hours of services/week.

Rental assistance may be available to prevent evictions, or for deposit & first month's rent. Forward rental assistance is not available.

Accepts donations of home medical equipment, in working condition. Devices include, but are not limited to, manual/electric hospital beds.
