The Division of Youth Services (DYS) is the state agency charged with the care and treatment of delinquent youth committed to its custody by one of the 45 Missouri juvenile courts. DYS programs are established to provide the mandated services enumerated in Chapter 219.016 in the Revised Statutes of the state of Missouri. These services include assessment, care and treatment, and education of all youth committed to its care. Toward this end, DYS operates treatment programs ranging from non-residential day treatment centers through secure residential institutions. Additionally, DYS administers the Interstate Compact on Juveniles, operates an accredited school program, and maintains a statewide statistical database of juvenile court referrals. DYS is administratively organized into one central office and five regional offices.

Suggested donation for elderly is $2 for in town Sikeston, each additional stop is .50 cents. General public cost $4 in Sikeston. $2 each additional site. Round trip to Cape Girardeau from Sikeston for a senior is $15, and for the general public is $20. No pick ups after 3:00pm or on the weekend. Drivers are not allowed to enter dwellings for assistance. Includes van service with wheelchair lift

Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program: Provides evaluations, crisis intervention, community support, medication management and psychosocial rehabilitation.

University Of Missouri Extension in Clark County has a wide range of climate and topography and the availability of irrigation water in the state result in a considerable variability in crops produced.

This program helps detect breast & cervical cancers in their earliest stages when they are easiest to treat. Free mammograms & pap tests will be provided to women who meet income and age requirements. Other services for women are offered at this sight.

Provides information and referrals to crime victims.

Offers wraparound services and works with seniors to access any needed programs like Medicaid, Medicare, social services, home weatherization, etc. Cannot assist with immigration or refugee status.

Offers broad range of information: topics include nutrition, business, personal budgeting, gardening, babysitting, 4-H youth, etc. Speakers available. If they don't have a specialist in their area, they work with other extension offices to find the program.

Provides reduced-cost or free pap tests to eligible Missouri women.

Provides a missing child helpline to report a missing child.

Provides pediatric nutrition through nutritional assessment that includes evaluation of growth, feeding abilities, nutrition education on age appropriate diets and more.

Provides nutrition education and counseling for prenatal and pregnant women, including breastfeeding education and support and food packages for families with children under age five.

Provides a food pantry.
