Provides basic health care services

Rural Health Clinic that provides Family Practice services. OCH WEbb City Clinic services include wellness care (annual wellness exams, well woman exams, well child and sick child care, early periodic screenings), immunizations, treatment of acute illnesses and injuries (common cold, flu, earache, simple lacerations), management of acute and chronic health conditions (hypertension, diabetes care, COPD, hyperlipidemia), lab services, and OB (prenatal) services.

Individuals who are unable to manage the home care for themselves are assisted by a trained homemaker who assists with tidying and dusting the home, cleaning kitchen counters, cupboards and appliances, washing dishes, laundering, ironing and mending clothes, sweeping and/or vacuuming and mopping floors, bagging trash inside the home and putting it out for pick up and performing essential errands.

When a heat emergency is declared, Senior Center is open to the public (all ages) as a Cooling site. Snacks and cold drinks are available as are restroom facilities.

Aims to meet the needs of each patient while encouraging active involvement, both from the individual who has experienced amputation and their family. Rehabilitation process starts by creating an individualized treatment plan to promote mobility and independence, reduce pain, assist with healing and care of the amputation site, and improve self-esteem.

Provides HIV/AIDS education and testing in collaboration with the local Health Department are offered at Centro Latino de Salud.

LIVESTRONG at the YMCA: Wellness coaches work with participants to help build muscle mass and strength, increase flexibility and endurance, improve day-to-day life, prevent unwanted weight changes, improve energy levels and self esteem.

Federally-funded public housing and Section 8 administrators; rents property and offers rental assistance to low-income and very-low income individuals and families.

• Walk To School Days: Designed to be encouraging events for both kids and families focusing on walking or taking a bike to school together. Trailnet gives tools needed to take additional steps for parents and kids to become active before and after school.

• Walking School Buses: Provides guidance and support to students who take the bus to area schools.
