Healing House offers comprehensive outpatient treatment and recovery support services. The program has three levels. Community-Based Primary Treatment (25 hours/week) is an intensive one-month experience which includes classes, therapy groups, case management, counseling, and recovery coaching sessions. The next step is Intensive Outpatient Treatment (10 hours/week), followed by Supported Recovery (3 hours/week).

Specializing in communication disorders. Treatment areas include: Articulation, Apraxia Group/Oral Motor, Autism/PDD/Social Skills Enhancement, Language Delays, Swallowing, Sign Language, PECS, Augmentative, Hearing Impairment, Reading and Tongue Thrust Therapy.

Kindergarten Adventure Club: During the school day, kindergarten students are in the program the 1/2 day when they are not in kindergarten class and for their lunchtime.

Provides personal/hygiene items to clients.

Collects blood from donors and provides all of the blood and blood products to patients at thirty-eight hospitals in Southwest Missouri, northwest Arkansas and southeast Kansas.

Offers hot nutritious meals, home delivered meals, educational, recreational and health programs, I&R, outreach, telephone reassurance, volunteerism and other activities.

Provides current, thorough and confidential information for seniors on a wide range of topics, such as housing options, care coordination, benefits, legal services and health care.

Distributes home medical equipment, devices include, but are not limited to, manual/electric hospital beds. Does not offer medications, orthopedic braces, tubing and masks for CPAPs and BiPaps.

Provides a thrift store where gently used items can be purchased at below cost.

Providing air conditioners available for those who qualify. **AVAILIBILITY BASED ON DONATIONS**

KC CARE offers cholesterol level testing.

Provides diagnosis and treatment of dementia and other related illnesses including evaluation, assessment and a review of medical history.

Accepts various types of donated new or gently used kitchenware, such as forks, spoons, plates, knives, pots/pans, etc.

Ensuring quality healthcare coverage at sustainable costs, empowering people to make sound decisions about their well‐being, establishing and enforcing child support obligations to make sure children and their families have the opportunities they deserve.

Provides tuberculosis screening tests

Accepts several types of donations, including food. Does not accept donations in need of repair. Donations are not sold as a way to earn money for the program. A one-two pick-up service is available to the organization's service area, contact Operations Director at (417) 865-3411.

Provides employment opportunities for individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities.

Income based housing

Goodwill provides resume prep assistance for the community.

First aid MANDATE training for professionals.

Provides optometry services such as eye examinations and screenings.

The Children's Division actively seeks individuals and couples who are willing to become foster parents for the children in the State's custody. Prospective foster parents take a total of 27 hours of training on five competencies necessary to work with the children in CD custody and their families.

Transportation service provided for clients.

Provides HIV testing.

A supplemental nutrition program for pregnant, breast feeding and postpartum women and their infants and children to age five. Recipients must meet income guidelines and qualify as "nutritionally at risk" based on a medical & nutritional assessment.
