Offers in-class training in St. Charles and Lincoln counties to assist students with disabilities who will soon be transitioning from a school to a work. Will work with individuals to determine what supports and services might be needed and if necessary will refer to other organizations for additional help. Also helps to identify barriers and implement solutions to facilitate the transition from school to work.

Provides confidential mentoring programs for individuals who need guidance dealing with pregnancy, abortion, relationships and parenting.

Offers broad range of information: topics include nutrition, business, personal budgeting, gardening, babysitting, 4-H youth, etc. Speakers available. If they don't have a specialist in their area, they work with other extension offices to find the program.

Prescription expense assistance provided either with prescription in hand or existing prescriptions can be filled at partnering pharmacies. This includes prescription co-pays for insured callers. (AccessKC)

Pregnancy testing, professional crisis counseling, pregnancy assistance, information and referrals to helpful resources are provided to women facing possible untimely pregnancies, offering a positive alternative to abortion.

A warmline for individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges and would like to receive support by phone.

Drumm Farm provides support services to youth and young adults struggling with maintaining stable housing across eastern Jackson County. Drumm employs a case worker and therapist who will provide outreach in local schools, community agencies, libraries, and other community locations to conveniently offer youth an array of services and resources.

Provides evaluations for anyone who has a concern about psychiatric health, behavioral health or addiction. Psychological testing is provided by licensed psychologists or other specialized mental health professionals to determine the best course of treatment for the mental health issue. Evaluations include clinical Interviews, assessment of Intellectual Functioning, personality and behavioral Assessments.
