If you would like to place your baby for adoption, we’ll identify couples for your consideration. These couples have been carefully screened and matched by our qualified staff. If you are not comfortable with our initial recommendation, we will network with other agencies to select couples that match the criteria. Ultimately, you choose who your baby’s adoptive parents will be. We will be there with you throughout your pregnancy and birth of the baby, answering any questions that you might have and lending the support you need. After the delivery, our staff will be there at the hospital to serve as your advocate as you place the baby with the adoptive parents.

Parents who are seeking to regain custody of their children, or who are in need of supervised visitation with their children, may access the services of the Children's Division through a court order from the county/state of the custody's jurisdiction. Visitation will be arranged per the conditions of the court order. These services are also available to families who are involved in child abuse/neglect investigations and subsequent court rulings.

Provides diagnosis and treatment for individuals who have diseases or injuries which affect the internal organs, such as congenital heart defects, coronary artery disease, heart failure, valvular heart disease, electrophysiology, high blood pressure and cholesterol. Internal medicine services are supported by on-site lab, pharmacy and radiology services.

Juvenile Court office for Newton and McDonald counties; the office has jurisdiction over children needing protective services and those accused of violating state or municipal law; also hears adoption cases.

Food Stamp Program: Each participating household receives a Missouri Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card to purchase any food and food products including seeds and plants to grow food. The SkillUP Program: Offers Food Stamp recipients in Missouri the opportunity to gain skills, training and work experience.

Community action agency that provides emergency assistance to people in crisis; addresses the causes of poverty through programs that fight unemployment, inadequate housing, poor nutrition and lack of educational opportunity; and provides training in advocacy skills.
