The Nurse-Family Partnership, Building Blocks Program: A free program that helps moms to have a healthy pregnancy and healthy baby. Assist with parenting, building support networks, safety, referrals for services in the community, supplies, helping with goals for career/future. A specially trained nurse will visit the first-time expectant mother in her home throughout the pregnancy and for the first two years of the baby's life, from once a week to every other week.

In-Home Services: Assist elderly individuals to maintain their independence and stay in their own homes; services include personal care, respite and homemaker assistance. NEMO AAA contracts with five in-home service agencies to provide services.

Accepts donations of baby furniture items.

Court Advocacy: Provides legal advocacy for victims of abuse and will accompany victims to obtain orders of protection.

Missouri birth records are maintained by and copies are issued by the Department of Health and Senior Services Bureau of Vital Records. Birth records reported from January 1, 1910 to the present, as well as some delayed filings from births prior to 1910, are available.
