Women's Health Line: Available to answer questions about women's health issues, help callers locate clinics providing breast/cervical cancer screenings, information on sexually transmitted diseases and resources for treatment of eating disorders. Brochures and fact sheets about women's health issues are available on request.

Healthcare Home (HCH) Services: Provides medical, behavioral and related supported services to homebound individuals in their home.

Offers the evaluation of the child's needs prior to placement, and arrangements for care of the child prior to the child's adoptive placement and to the approval of the adoptive family. Also, special activities are provided to help adoptive parents and children adjust to the new family situation.

The Blind Pension program was established in 1921 and is financed entirely by state funds. This program provides assistance for blind persons who do not qualify under the Supplemental Aid to the Blind law and who are not eligible for Supplemental Security Income benefits. Each eligible person receives a monthly cash grant of $541, as well as state funded medical assistance.

Provides assistance in finding a job on Missouri's Great Hires website, GED instructional assistance, career assessments, and on-the-job training program, and tuition assistance to help pay for college. An on-site resource room is available with computers, Internet, and resume preparation assistance.

Provides treatment of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) to those seeking treatment.

Child Protective Services assesses and investigates reports of child abuse or neglect, working with local law enforcement as needed.

Provides gas payment assistance to those in need.

Membership opportunities for facility usage and programs for fitness, aquatics, youth sports, gymnastics, day camp, community wellness program, before and after school child care, teens programs and inclusion services.

Offers donated baby clothing when available.

Accepts donations of clothing, kitchenware, bedding, furniture, large and small appliances. All appliances and furniture must be in good working order to be accepted. Clothing can be in any condition, but would appreciate it being clean.

Provides a warming site during extreme cold weather.

Each participating household receives an allotment of food benefits based on the USDA's Thrifty Food Plan. This allotment is adjusted annually according to the U. S. Department of Labor's analysis of the cost of food. Missouri Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) is the method by which households receive and use food stamp benefits. Households may use their Missouri EBT card in any grocery store or retail location anywhere in the United States that has been authorized by the USDA Food and Nutrition Service and displays the Quest sign. The benefits may be used to purchase any food or food products prepared for human consumption except alcoholic beverages and tobacco, hot foods, or foods prepared for immediate consumption. Benefits may also be used to buy seeds and plants for use in gardens to produce food for the personal consumption of the household. Under certain conditions, members of the eligible households who are 60 years of age or older may use the benefits to pay for home delivered meals and other meals prepared for elderly persons.

Immunizations are given for the following diseases: Diphtheria, Pertussis/Tetanus, Td, Polio, Measles, Mumps/Rubella, HIB, Hep B, Varicella, Prevnar, Hep A, Influenza, and Meningococcal.

Child Safety Seats: Distributes child safety seats to families, participate in seat checks and educational events.

Offers gynecological exams, pregnancy tests, PAP smears, breast exams, emergency and low-cost contraceptives, STD screening and treatment, and the HPV vaccine. Specially-trained nurse practitioners and physicians provide health exams in a pleasant and confidential atmosphere.

Grocery Workers Relief Fund: Current employees of grocery or retail stores with a grocery department with a demonstrated need for financial assistance are eligible to apply. Individuals will only be eligible to receive a gift card of $250 once per year

Health screenings are provided for the following: Cardiovascular, Sexually Transmitted Diseases and HIV, Diabetes, Lead, and tuberculosis. Other screenings available upon request.
