With the assistance of an integrated health specialist, adults with serious behavioral health challenges will build a wellness plan suited to their unique needs. Wellness plans may include goal-oriented skill building, employment and educational supports, linking to natural and community supports, psychiatry, counseling, primary care, and dental services.

Emergency financial assistance for utilities (electric and water); rent and deposits.

Provides free pregnancy testing and referral for on-going OB/GYN care.

Offers gynecologic exams, cancer screenings, pap smears, breast exams, urinary tract diagnosis and treatment, HIV testing, counseling and referrals, cholesterol, diabetes and hypertension screenings, prenatal education and referrals, pregnancy testing, counseling and referrals, sexually transmitted infection testing and treatment to area residents.

OAI provides various employment preparation and job training skills to eligible applicants: search/placement, on the job training, retraining, work experience, interview training, job readiness, resume preparation and prevocational training.

Consumer Directed Services (CDS): Individuals perform routine tasks of daily living, include getting dressed and undressed, grooming, bathing, bowel and bladder care, meal preparation, eating, clean-up, and household duties. In-Home Services (I-HS): Respite care and assistance with activities of daily living
