The purpose of the MO HealthNet program is to provide medical services to persons who meet certain eligibility requirements as determined by FSD. Cornerstones of Care is recruiting and licensing foster homes. We work with the Missouri Children's Division to provide the appropriate license for foster care in the state of Missouri. In order to become a foster parent, each family must become licensed care providers.
