Youth Exploring Science (YES): Teens engage in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics (STEAM) projects in an informal learning environment, facilitating science events and participating in internships.

The purpose of the MO HealthNet program is to provide medical services to persons who meet certain eligibility requirements as determined by FSD. The goals of the MO HealthNet program are to promote good health, to prevent illness and premature death, to correct or limit disability, to treat illness, and to provide rehabilitation to persons with disabilities. Eligible persons receive a "MO HealthNet Identification Card" or a letter from the local FSD office. The Family Support Division (FSD) determines client eligibility for the MO HealthNet program: the MO HealthNet Division administers the MO HealthNet program including establishment of benefit coverage, rates, claims processing, and all other aspects of daily operations.

Provides care and treatment for youth who have been committed to the Division by the State of Missouri's juvenile court system; includes assessment, care and treatment, and education of all youth committed to its care; operates treatment programs ranging from non-residential day treatment centers through secure residential institutions; administers the Interstate Compact on Juveniles, operates an accredited school program, and maintains a statewide statistical database of juvenile court referrals. DYS is administratively organized into one central office and five regional offices.

Health screenings are provided for the following: Cardiovascular, Sexually Transmitted Diseases and HIV, Diabetes, Lead, and tuberculosis. Other screenings available upon request.

Consumer-directed services (CDS): provides personal care services including but not limited to, bathing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and more.

Providing a drop-off location for over-the-counter and prescription drugs and opioids.

Truant Alternative Optional Education Program: Offers counseling, referrals and alternative schooling for students who did not complete high school.

Serving the public by administering the election process and promoting voter participation.

Applicants may receive a grant paid to the provider of their home electric to pay a portion of their electricity expense each year.

Healthline provides advanced personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.

In the traditional version of the EPIC Pals program, young people meet with a group facilitator and adult volunteers to discuss lessons from an animal-centered, social-emotional learning curriculum. Young people in this program are paired with rescue dogs and learn how to use positive reinforcement techniques to teach their furry friends some basic manners and a few fun tricks. Groups generally meet at least twice a week for six to eight weeks and culminate with a graduation where the young people have the opportunity to speak about their experiences in the program and demonstrate what they have taught ‘their’ dogs.

Utility Assistance: Provides assistance to low-income individuals for water bill assistance. Partial payments are made to avoid utility cut-offs.

Works with adults who have a serious emotional disorder and their families in their homes and community settings.

Parents who are seeking to regain custody of their children, or who are in need of supervised visitation with their children, may access the services of the Children's Division through a court order from the county/state of the custody's jurisdiction. Visitation will be arranged per the conditions of the court order. These services are also available to families who are involved in child abuse/neglect investigations and subsequent court rulings.

Early Detection Works provides payment for annual clinical breast exams.

HIV counseling, testing and coordination of case management services are offered by a licensed social worker to help stop the spread of HIV/AIDS.

The Financial Opportunity Center provides financial coaching. This program is a long term commitment, at least six months. Once enrolled in this program, a client may be eligible for some income supports.

Provides free legal representation to low income clients in a number of civil legal problems; criminal defense representation is not provided; they handle cases involving public benefits, housing, unemployment compensation, family, consumer, education, employment, health and other matters.

City/Town Clerk and other city personnel conduct the routine business of a municipality.
