Early Head Start: Provides early education, health, mental health, nutrition and social services.

Will give up to $100 for assistance for gas bills, call for details of financial assistance.

Provide lead poisoning screening if children are at risk of lead poisoning.

Provides outpatient counseling services to adults, adolescents and children. Other services include crisis intervention services, psychiatric services, community rehabilitation center, Louis Masterman Center, Independent living apartments, psychosocial rehabilitation program, targeted case management, in-home services, children's services, EAP Program and educational services.

Serves as a public cooling/warming center during periods of extreme heat or cold.

Accepts school supplies.

Provides HIV testing to individuals.

Community clinic providing immunizations.

Provides routine inspections at various food establishments, daycares, lodgings, tanning booths, and more.

Provide information about eligibility for and vacancies in subsidized housing properties, accepts Section 8 applications, provides Section 8 vouchers, make approved Section 8 rental payments and administer public housing communities.

Provides a food pantry.

Provides online public benefits screening tool that screens for 15 major public benefits for older Americans and families with children. Identifies benefits available, eligibility requirements and how to apply for them locally.

Provides assistance in preparing state and federal income tax returns; includes electronic filing of tax returns and credits.

The purpose of the MO HealthNet program is to provide medical services to persons who meet certain eligibility requirements as determined by FSD. The goals of the MO HealthNet program are to promote good health, to prevent illness and premature death, to correct or limit disability, to treat illness, and to provide rehabilitation to persons with disabilities. Eligible persons receive a "MO HealthNet Identification Card" or a letter from the local FSD office. The Family Support Division (FSD) determines client eligibility for the MO HealthNet program: the MO HealthNet Division administers the MO HealthNet program including establishment of benefit coverage, rates, claims processing, and all other aspects of daily operations.

Street Outreach Program for Homeless: Provides basic needs such as food, water and hygiene products, case management, housing options, and access to healthcare.

County Purchased Vaccinations: Hepatitis A & B program for high risk individuals and employees.

Provides programs to assist youth with disabilities to transition from high school to adult independent living.

Provides one time assistance with electricity bill. Must be behind or in threat of shut off.

Provides clothing vouchers to the St. Vincent DePaul thrift store to those who are unable to purchase clothing on their own.
