Jersey County Legal Self-Help Center provides legal information such as individuals legal rights and responsibilities, instructions on how to handle common legal problems, assistance with some legal documents and forms, and referrals to free and low-cost legal services. The Center does not provide legal advice. Instead, it offers information on such topics as instructions for available forms, answers to general legal questions, and information on court procedures.

Urgent care located within hospital.

Following referral from law enforcement or child protective services, children visit Sunflower House for a child-sensitive forensic interview. Family advocates at Sunflower House is available to meet with each child's non-offending caregiver(s) to equip the family with the tools and knowledge needed to support, understand, and protect the child. The Family Advocate will help caregivers learn how to access specialized resources to help resolve issues related to the abuse their child has experienced. The Family Advocate also provides referral information to other professionals and members of the community, as well as offering support throughout the legal process. Trauma-focused therapy services are provided for victims of child abuse and their families free of charge as well.

Internal medicine specialists treat a wide range of health conditions in adults including age-related conditions such as arthritis.

Unemployment Insurance: Processing of Unemployment Insurance claims for payment of Unemployment Benefits to eligible workers. New and renewed Unemployment Insurance claims may be filed by phone or over the Internet.

Offering computer classes, on-site children's program for participants' children.

Providing grab and go meals and food for students enrolled at Crowder College

Immunizations are given for the following diseases: Diphtheria, Pertussis/Tetanus, Td, Polio, Measles, Mumps/Rubella, HIB, Hep B, Varicella, Prevnar, Hep A, Influenza, and Meningococcal.

Equipment provided such as wheelchairs, hearing aids, ostomy supplies, prosthetic devices, body braces and therapeutic shoes/inserts (for diabetes patients). Other equipment provided include benches, walkers, canes, and glucose monitors. Also assists with adult diapers and Pedialyte if prescribed by doctor

Assistance in preparing state and federal income tax returns, includes electronic filing of tax returns and tax credits.

Services offered through the Senior Centers include noon-time congregate meals, home-delivered meals to surrounding communities, social, recreational, and educational activities.
