Provides immediate assistance for children/youth who have run away from or have been pushed out of their homes or who are acting out and at risk of abuse.

Young people can text the word SAFE to 4HELP (44357) to receive the nearest Safe Place site to them. They also have the option to text interactively with a licensed mental health professional. This service is available 24/7.

Boys Town Hotline offers teens and families access to trained counselors, who can help with sexual abuse, parenting trouble, anger, physical abuse, school issues, chemical dependency, relationship problems, depression, emotional abuse and runaways.
