Play Therapy is a strategy in which a child plays in a protected and structured environment with games and toys provided by a counselor. They offer psychiatric services, case management, and educational services to help individuals lead a normal life. The center focuses on illnesses such as ADHD, bipolar disorder, depression or mood disorders, anxiety and several others.

Many callers are seeking resources such as information about how to access transition-related health care or find support groups in their area. Career, Educational, Spiritual Guidance, and Counseling for Women. They provide guidance on issues like health, wellness, career goals, education, and spirituality. They have an an array of programs, classes, and therapy sessions that may include music, meditation, exercise, talking, writing, drawing, spoken word poetry, and dancing, all offered in an effort to enhance the client's effectiveness and ability to cope with daily living.
