Parenting Classes offer several options for group based parenting classes for the community in a variety of areas that can be utilized for parents seeking to obtain parenting skills or for those who may have mandated parenting education needs. A certificate is awarded upon completion of each class.

- Parent Support Group: Offers a safe place for parents to express their feelings, hurts, pressures, share their experiences with one another and to ask questions. - Sibling Support Group: Offers siblings a safe place to express their feelings, hurts, pressures and questions. Support group is divided into two age groups ages 5-11 years and 12-18 years.

Monthly workshops and quarterly seminars to educate and empower single mothers. Topics vary and include protecting our children from sexual abuse, dating, praying for our children, defining social communities, talking to children about sex, dealing with shame/guilt, goal setting, vision casting, financial workshops, and emotional wholeness. Seminars include continental breakfast and lunch for mothers as well as children's programming.

Single & Parenting offers support groups for single parents.

The free Parent Support Group provides both mental health support and physical supports, including food, diapers, and childcare at in-person meetings. Each week focuses on a new discussion topic. There is one in-person meeting a month in downtown Kansas City and the remaining sessions are offered virtually.

- NAMI Ending the Silence for Families: A 90-minute presentation for adults with middle or high-school aged youth that includes warning signs, facts and statistics, how to talk with your child and how to work with school staff. - NAMI Family Support Group: A peer-led support group for any adult (18 years and older) with an adult loved one or friend who has experienced symptoms of mental health condition.

A mentoring program that pairs pregnant and parenting young women with experienced mothers. Mentors provide encouragement and support while the young mothers continue their education or work endeavors. Activities are held to promote the physical and social growth of mother and child. Group meetings provide parenting skills, care issues, safety, and health education.

MFA is an inclusive group of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender people who organize social activities and events which invite other LGBTQ+ families to meet one another, network, find mutual support and share experiences that may be beneficial to other families.

Birthright provides caring, non-judgmental support to girls and women who are distressed by an unplanned pregnancy.

Parent-educators make home visits to share age-appropriate child development and parenting information; also provides parent group meetings.
