Summer Work Experience Program (SWEP): An eight week summer employment opportunity that matches teens with businesses and organizations that match their personal preferences, skills and support needs. SWEP participants will work 20 hours a week and receive minimum wage. Summer Work Experience (SWE): A 6 week summer employment opportunity that pairs teens with businesses and organizations that is designed help build work skills and self confidence. SWE participants will work 20 hours a week, receive minimum wage and 24 hours worth of social skills training.

SWEP is a four-week employment program designed to provide a meaningful work experience to high schoolers with disabilities. These summer work programs for high school students aim to smooth the transition into the working world. By the end of our programming, students learn to embrace their roles as employees and coworkers. We also offer an employment transition program for youth to identify possible careers, create resumes, develop job applications, and interview skills
