Alphapointe is Kansas City's largest employer of people who are visually impaired. We also provide a variety of services to help those with vision loss secure employment in the community.
Help individuals with persistent mental illness develop personal, social and employment skills that enable them to become more productive citizens. It is adjacent to Spruce Landing, a 19-unit apartment complex, providing semi-independent housing for adults with mental illness. Therapist-facilitated treatment sessions in which individuals discuss their attitudes, feelings and problems in order to achieve greater self and interpersonal understanding.
