Cooperative Workshops, Inc. (CWI) provides jobs for men and women with disabilities. Employees are given opportunities to develop employment goals. Employees are challenged to expand vocational, social and personal skills to enhance employability either at CWI or in competitive jobs. Staff will work with employees to help reach the desired level of employment.

Services include diagnosis and evaluation; counseling and guidance; vision restoration programs like uninsured people needing cataract surgery or glaucoma surgery. Provide training to continue employment or school, technical or trade jobs and job placement/development. Also provide help adapting electronic aides/devices for the workplace and follow-up services.

Nova Center provides a Transitional Workshop for individuals who have been unsuccessful in other work situations due to challenging behaviors. Participant receives assessment and job training which may lead to them being hired on in the Sheltered Workshop or in the job market.

JCDS helps people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities find and maintain employment to earn at or above the minimum wage.
