Transformation is a faith-based job readiness training program for individuals entering or re-entering the workforce. Our mission is to build and release capable employees. C.H.O.I.C.E.S. (Creating Hope through Integrating Character, Education, Skills): A job readiness program combining life skills, job skills, mentoring and support groups to promote wholeness and self-sufficiency.
