Samuel U. Rodgers Health Center healthcare professionals provide prenatal care until the final weeks of pregnancy. At that time, the clinic will refer the pregnant person to a Meritas Health obstetrician, who will oversee their care and the baby’s delivery at North Kansas City Hospital. After the delivery, parent and baby can return to Rodgers Health for their postpartum health needs.
Ray County Health Department offers women's health services.
Medical Residents staff their Women's Health Care Clinic. They provide annual pelvic exam and pap smear, teen health, contraception, services for routine and high-risk pregnancies, Becoming a Mom - March of Dimes group support, WIC Program, pap smear management, gynecology and urogynecology services
