Transition Services helps high school students with disabilities visualize and plan for their future. A Future Planning team works with each student to plan, seek out resources and make decisions that help build a path to their future and achieve their goals. Students may continue to build on independent living skills, pursue a higher education, and/or seek out competitive employment opportunities.

Wyman Leaders is a multi-year program designed to support educational and career success while inspiring teens to contribute positively to their communities. Teens participate in 1:1 mentoring, group experiences, and immersive programming to explore strengths, set goals, and design their desired postsecondary and career paths. This program serves teens from 9th grade-two years after high school. Participants attend one of Wyman's partner high schools in St. Louis City and St. Louis County, and must be nominated by school staff.
