Missouri American Water utility provides customer services including payment options, community resources and products and services to help same money on water bill and will work with customer to set up payment plan.

If your account is past due there are several ways to get caught up. Call and ask if you qualify for a short-term payment arrangement. This will allow you to pay your past due balance over a period agreed to between you and Evergy. An initial payment may be required.

City of St. Joseph Finance Department and Wastewater Utility (Sewer) Department, work with the customers who are delinquent and/or have been disconnected to set up various payment plans to bring the client's sewer bill current.
