Home Health: have physician's order; be homebound; need skilled nursing on an intermittent basis and/or physical or speech therapy. Medicaid Recipients: must be working with Division of Senior Services. Medicaid does not have to meet homebound criteria.

Home health services covered by Medicare, Medicaid, VA, private insurance and private pay. In-Home Services covered by Medicaid.
