Services include Congregate Meals/Nutrition Sites, Home Delivered Meals, General Benefits Assistance, Activities of Daily Living Assessment, Specialized Telecommunications Equipment, Case/Care Management, Adult Protective Services, Area Agencies on Aging, Planning/Coordinating/Advisory Groups, and Specialized Information and Referral. ALSO KNOWN AS AAA WCIAN WCIAAA WCIAAA AGING & DISABILITY RESOURCE CENTER

Eligibility

  • Must be a legal resident of Illinois
  • Must have standard phone service in your residence or active cell phone service
  • Must be certified by a physician, nurse, or audiologist as hearing impaired
  • Must be blind (Braille phones only)

Required documents

  • Photo ID
  • Proof of landline and/or cell phone service
  • Certification of hearing loss by physician, nurse, or audiologist
