Eligibility
Homeowners who own only one single family property and reside there, have not received home repair assistance from the City in the last five years, and meet household income guidelines (in most cases, Very Low Income 50% HUD Guidelines). Some programs also have targeted neighborhood areas as well.

Completed application, proof of ownership of the home, proof of income for all household members, copies of utility bills (gas, electric and water)

Application process
Call for information. Pick up application at office, call to request a mailed copy or go to website to download. The completed application and additional documentation should be mailed back to the Neighborhoods and Housing Services Department.
