Eligibility
One fan per household; Cannot have received a fan within the last 3 years; Priority for elderly, seriously ill and physically disabled; households with children under 10, expectant mothers, or income at or below 150% of poverty level.
Required documents
State ID for all adults, proof of expenditures for the past 30 days (receipts or bank statements).
