Build WyCo is a community development organization dedicated to stabilizing, revitalizing, and reinvesting in Kansas City, Kansas neighborhoods. Build WyCo builds high-quality homes and renovates existing homes. They provide education, purchase assistance and other programs to make home ownership more accessible. Build WyCo also supports the community by investing in the arts, health, and neighborhood capacity.
Eligibility
Primarily for first-time homebuyers but anyone can attend. Homebuyers should check with their lender or assistance program to find out whether they will accept Build WyCo's certificates.
