A volunteer-based organization that provides equine assisted activity and therapy to individuals with disabilities. Clients are individuals ages 2 and up with cognitive and physical disabilities or mental health diagnosis. Horses are used as a therapy tool to assist in developing and strengthening body, mind and spirit. ALSO KNOWN AS EEMV EXCEPTIONAL EQUESTRIANS OF THE MERAMEC VALLEY, INC.

Eligibility

Therapeutic Riding: All special needs (cognitive and physical disabilities) Heroes on Horseback: Disabled U.S. Veterans

Proof of Income, if financially-assisted Medical/Psychiatric records - call for details Complete annual registration including a medical release

Hours

  • Mon, Tue, Thu, and Fri - 9:00am to 7:00pm
  • Wed - 9:00 am to 5:00pm
  • Sat - 8:00am to 2:00pm
