Low Vision Aids | Lighthouse for the Blind St. Louis

Eligibility
  • Ages 3-18 years who are visually impaired and blind
  • Have completed a low vision evaluation from a doctor
  • Obtain and complete an application and return to Lighthouse for the Blind
  • Participating doctor must complete the Adaptive Recommendation form and return it to Lighthouse for the Blind
  • Income Guidelines Apply
