Services include Alternative Education , Case/Care Management, Family Preservation Programs, Family Support Centers/Outreach, Intensive Family Reunification Services, Foster Parent/Family Recruitment, Parental Visitation Facilitation, Supervised Living for Older Youth, Therapeutic Foster Homes, Therapeutic Group Homes, Adoption and Foster/Kinship Care Support Groups, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Conjoint Counseling, Family Counseling, Group Counseling, Individual Counseling, Community Mental Health Agencies, Adult Residential Treatment, Child/Adolescent Residential Treatment Facilities, Psychiatric Day Treatment and Psychiatric Aftercare Services. Eligibility

Residential Treatment Program:
  • Ages 6-20 years with acute emotional and behavioral problems
  • Must have US citizenship
Residential Treatment Services Self-Injury:
  • Ages 11-20 years who desire to change their self-destructive behavior and are willing to participate intensive psychotherapy
  • Must have US citizenship

Parent or guardian must provide:
  • Proof of Insurance
  • Child(s) Social Security Card
  • Child(s) Birth Certificate
  • Child(s) Copy of Insurance
  • Child(s) Immunization Records
  • Child(s) Educational Records
  • Child(s) Physician Exam/Report
  • Child(s) Psychosocial History
  • Child(s) IEP
  • Child(s) ICPC (if child from another state)
  • Court Order or Current Custody papers (if applicable)
